A. Free Admission Offer
Individuals holding a government-issued disability identification or relevant documentation, along with one accompanying person, are eligible for free admission.
B. Priority Accessible Admission Service
Individuals with a disability identification or relevant documentation, as well as wheelchair users and one accompanying person, may inform the entrance staff for assistance and enjoy priority admission service.

D. Accessible Parking Spaces at the Visitor Parking Lot
Accessible parking spaces are available for individuals with a disability identification. These may be used free of charge. Before leaving, please present your ID at the Visitor Information Center to validate your parking card—no need to pay at the self-service machines. Open Hours: Daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
E. Accessible Restrooms
Accessible restrooms are available at the following locations within the park: 1 near the ticketing area, 2 along Luban Boulevard, 1 along Wenchang Boulevard, 2 inside Chiang Wei-shiu Theater Hall, 1 at the Viewing Tower(觀景樓), and 1 near the park exit.
F. Basic First Aid
The Visitor Information Center offers a basic first aid kit. In emergencies, staff can help call an ambulance to transport visitors to the nearest or designated hospital.
G. Wheelchair Rental
Wheelchairs are available for free at the entrance. A photo ID is required for registration.

Sunmake Cultures Foundation
Free Admission Application for Special Groups
To promote cultural equity, social inclusion, and give back to the local community, the Sunmake Cultures Foundation has offered free or discounted admission for government-registered public and private social welfare organizations and agencies since 2018. The Yilan Park of the National Center for Traditional Arts (Yilan Park of NCFTA) offers a wide range of craft, performing arts, folk art exhibitions, educational and promotional activities. It’s an ideal place for members of special groups to engage with art and culture while enriching their physical and mental well-being. We warmly welcome social welfare groups to visit.
(1) Eligible Special Groups
This initiative applies to government-registered public and private social welfare organizations and agencies, especially Groups for persons with disabilities (Note 1), economically disadvantaged groups, and underprivileged families (Note 2). Both service recipients and accompanying personnel (Note 3) from the applying organization may apply.
Note 1: Groups for persons with disabilities include those with intellectual disabilities, visual impairments, hearing impairments, speech impairments, physical disabilities, cerebral palsy, emotional/behavioral disorders, learning disabilities, multiple disabilities, autism, developmental delays, and other significant disabilities.
Note 2: Economically disadvantaged and underprivileged families include those from remote or rural areas, low-income households, single-parent or orphaned families, grandparent-headed families, or families facing special circumstances.
Note 3: Accompanying personnel may include teachers, social workers, or parents, and can be included in the application.
