The Yilan Park of the National Center for Traditional Arts (Yilan Park of NCFTA) serves as a practical platform for cultural industries. Through the “One School, One Traditional Art(一校一傳藝)”programme, the park aims to encourage schools committed to promoting traditional arts by awarding the Lord Wenchang Incentive Fund(文昌帝君獎勵金).
